The Excellence Chronicles: Issue 17

Updated: 2 days ago

Welcome to the June Edition of “The Excellence Chronicles.”

To everyone who prayed, encouraged, shared, supported, donated, called, volunteered, and stood with me throughout this journey—thank you from the bottom of my heart.

While this election did not end the way we hoped, I remain deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve, learn, listen, and connect with our community in new ways.

Congratulations to Mr. Jonathan Davis on being elected Library Trustee. I pray wisdom, strength, and success as you serve our community.

My commitment to literacy, education, outreach, families, advocacy, and community empowerment remains unchanged. This is not the end of the work—only another chapter in the journey.

I look forward to continuing through WAMOE Outreach Ministries, Sister Georgie Library, The Excel Project, Excellence Chronicles, and the many lives we are called to impact together.

Thank you, Mount Vernon, for your support, your kindness, and your belief in service.

With love and gratitude,

Apostle Dr. Faith Walters

A Legacy of Excellence, A Future of Possibility

Celebrating 20 Years of Faith, Service & Impact

In June 2026, Women & Men of Excellence Outreach Ministries (WAMOE) proudly celebrates twenty years of ministry, service, and community impact. What began as a prayer gathering in Mount Vernon, New York, on June 26, 2006, has grown into a thriving ministry and media ecosystem dedicated to empowering minds for success in the Kingdom of God.

Founded and led by Apostle Dr. Faith A. Walters, WAMOE was established with a vision to help individuals overcome adversity, discover their God-given purpose, and walk boldly in faith. Sister Georgie Corner

A June Message from Sister Georgie

Sister Georgie’s The Marathon Continues

Featuring:

Apostle Dr. Faith Walters as "Sister Georgie"

As Women & Men of Excellence Outreach Ministries celebrates 20 years of service, I am grateful for the opportunity to reflect on the journey of Sister Georgie and the lives we continue to touch together.

What began as a television program has grown into a platform for healing, hope, education, and restoration. Through our broadcasts, Teen Talk discussions, the Tamar & Dinah series, family-centered conversations, and our growing Healing Library, we have created safe spaces where difficult topics can be discussed with compassion, wisdom, and purpose.

This year marks an exciting new chapter for the ministry. We have expanded our focus beyond television by launching the Sister Georgie Healing Library and developing practical family toolkits designed to provide support, guidance, and resources for families navigating real-life challenges.

As we celebrate WAMOE's 20th Anniversary, we are renewing our commitment to addressing many of the issues affecting youth, parents, and families throughout Mount Vernon, Westchester County, and beyond. Through educational articles, healing activities, advocacy campaigns, family resources, and practical toolkits, we seek to support conversations around emotional wellness, intentional parenting, youth identity, trauma recovery, healthy relationships, domestic violence prevention, family restoration, and community healing.

Our goal is simple: to help families find practical tools and trusted resources that strengthen homes, empower young people, and inspire positive change for the benefit of families both at home and abroad.

In the months ahead, you can expect new Healing Library resources, downloadable family activities, community advocacy initiatives, youth-focused content, and expanded support through the Sister Georgie Toolkit and Fan Club community.

Thank you for walking this journey with us. Together, we are helping to build stronger families, restore hope, empower youth, and create brighter futures for generations to come.

June 2026 Declaration

As we celebrate twenty years of faith, service, and community impact, we declare that this is a season of gratitude, growth, and greater purpose.

We thank God for every life touched, every prayer answered, every lesson learned, and every door He has opened throughout this journey. We honor the foundation that has been built through faith, perseverance, sacrifice, and unwavering trust in God's promises.

This month, we declare that healing will continue to flow, hope will continue to rise, leaders will continue to emerge, and communities will continue to be strengthened. We embrace new opportunities to serve, teach, encourage, and empower others for success in the Kingdom of God.

As we reflect on twenty years of ministry, we also look forward with expectation. We declare that the next chapter will bring expanded impact, greater outreach, stronger partnerships, deeper transformation, and new generations empowered to walk in purpose.

We move forward in faith, united in vision, committed to service, and confident that the God who began this good work will continue to lead us into an even greater future.

Rooted in Faith. Growing in Excellence. Impacting Lives.
