A Message From Our President

Prophetic Insight: When Religion Blinds Us to Justice

Reflection on John 5 and Modern-Day Legalism

While reflecting on John 5 — the story of the man healed at the pool of Bethesda — I was stirred by a deep personal connection. In this passage, Jesus heals a man who had been paralyzed for 38 years, yet the Jewish leaders were more concerned about Him “working” on the Sabbath than celebrating the miracle. Their religion had become more important than the healing. More important than the man.

This very mindset still exists today.

Back in 2015, I traveled to Kentucky for the very first time to attend my younger son’s military graduation. While staying at a hotel in the area, I experienced blatant racial discrimination — cold stares, a refusal to assist with basic needs, and a silence so loud it echoed through my spirit. I was a guest — a mother coming to support her child — and yet I was treated as if I didn’t belong. That pain still lingers. That memory sharpened my awareness.

It reminded me of the mysterious death of Judge Sheila Abdus-Salaam, the first Black woman appointed to New York’s highest court. Her body was found in the Hudson River during Holy Week of 2017. Though it was ruled a suicide, many believe the story runs deeper. It’s yet another example of how so much in this country remains hidden in plain sight — especially when it involves the lives and truths of Black women.

So many religious organizations today are like the Jewish leaders in John 5 — clinging to the form of godliness, while denying the power and purpose of Jesus. They’ve become so heavenly-minded, they’re no earthly good. Rules, rituals, and outward appearances have blinded them to what really matters: justice, healing, mercy, truth.

This is why I speak out.

This is why I pray with discernment.

This is why I advocate.

Because like Jesus, I’ve chosen to be a disruptor of systems, a woman of faith with eyes wide open — not only to Heaven, but to the real needs of those around me.

Celebrating Faith, Freedom & New Beginnings

Beloved Great Motivators,

As we step into October 2025, we are reminded of this timeless hymn, and our song of the month: Great Is Thy Faithfulness.” What a comfort it is to know that God’s mercy is fresh and new every single morning—an endless well of grace that never runs dry.

To every follower in faith and supporter of this ministry: may this month bring you renewed strength, fresh hope, and an unshakable assurance that His love is never failing. Whatever you face, walk boldly knowing that His faithfulness is your anchor, and His mercy is your covering.

Breaking Chains, Building Faith: The Power of Jesus’ Ministry

This month, our ministry series reminds us that Jesus’ life was—and still is—about freedom, healing, and transformation.

Jesus the Healer (John 5): The man at the pool of Bethesda who was there for 38 long years, not being able to move unless someone helped him. But his day came when Jesus stepped in, and he was healed not through excuses but through obedience. The religious leaders challenged Jesus about the young man being healed on a Sabbath. But their focus was on the wrong thing because they were worried about the law. It’s quite saddening that just the very FACT that this man was healed, set free, and delivered from the chains of his illness should’ve been enough for rejoicing. He now has the opportunity to live a very fulfilling life. In addition, to shares the testimony of his life-changing story.

  • Jesus the Provider (John 6): He fed the multitudes, proving God cares for both our bodies and souls. Certainly, it was a miracle.

  • Jesus the Chain Breaker (John 7): He revealed His true identity despite critics, showing us that truth is stronger than opposition.

The power of Jesus’ ministry continues today.

Chains are STILL being broken, and lives are STILL being changed.

Apostle Dr. Faith Wlaters Celebrates Another Year

This October, I step into a new year of life with a heart full of gratitude. Each birthday is more than candles and cake—it’s a sacred pause, a chance to look back at the chapters already written and to marvel at the faithfulness of God woven through every line of my story.

Through trials and triumphs, through rejection and restoration, I have witnessed the Lord’s hand lifting me to places I never imagined. I stand today as living proof that chains can be broken, faith can be strengthened, and purpose can indeed be fulfilled.

As I embrace this new year, I hold fast to the promises of God:

  • “With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.” — Psalm 91:16

  • “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” — Jeremiah 29:11

These verses remind me that my life is not only preserved, but also directed—anchored in His peace, propelled by His purpose, and destined for fulfillment.

And to each of you who have prayed, encouraged, supported, and walked this journey alongside me—thank you. Your love is a reflection of God’s own kindness, and I do not take it for granted.

May this new year not only be a season of blessings for me, but for all of us who believe in the power of faith, community, and God’s unchanging promises. Together, let us continue to rise, rejoice, and run with purpose.

Philippians 1:6 – “He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”

Sister Georgie's Corner

This month on Sister Georgie inspired by the book, "Poems About My Self Esteem".

Sis Georgie’s Journey – October Highlights

Sis Georgie’s self-love journey, utilizing the book “Poems About My Self-Esteem,” inspires us all to embrace God’s design with boldness and authenticity.

This month’s lessons include:

Healing from Rejection – Finding security in Christ alone.

Breaking Cycles of People-Pleasing – Walking free from opinions.

Beauty in Brokenness – Viewing scars as evidence of survival and God’s grace.

Courage in Adversity – Turning trials into stepping stones.

Sister Georgie’s Corner

This month’s focus: building confidence in families and children.

1. Speak life daily – Words carry power; use them to uplift.

2. Model self-love – Children learn by watching how we treat ourselves.

3. Practice family affirmations – Set aside a moment to declare God’s truth together.

4. Celebrate small wins – Growth deserves recognition, no matter how small.

Enjoy Apostle Dr. Faith Walters’ Weekly Storytelling Feature – Sister Georgie ✨

📖 Every Saturday at 9 a.m.

Join Apostle Dr. Faith Walters as Sister Georgie

Apostle Dr. Faith Walters brings Sister Georgie to life, weaving stories from her book Poems About My Self-Esteem. Through powerful storytelling infused with biblical inspiration, parents are guided on a journey to heal the child within so they can show up as sources of positive influence and unconditional love for their children.

This weekly feature is more than storytelling — it’s self-love advocacy. It’s a space where faith, healing, and hope meet to transform families from the inside out.

Because when parents heal, children thrive.

Reboot Topic: How NOT to Raise Children With a Sense of Entitlement

In today’s world, troubling headlines show us children committing violent acts against their parents. Sadly, many of these stories reveal a pattern: children who were given everything, until the moment a parent finally said no.

When love is misapplied as overindulgence, children may grow up expecting more than they give. But true self-love and confidence are rooted in responsibility, gratitude, and humility.

Here are a few “reboot” strategies for parents:

  • Teach Gratitude Early – Encourage children to say “thank you” often and to notice blessings in both the small and big things.

  • Balance Love with Responsibility – Love deeply, but also assign age-appropriate chores so they learn effort and contribution matter.

  • Say No Sometimes – Boundaries teach discipline. Patience and contentment are born when every request isn’t automatically fulfilled.

  • Model Service – Let them see you serving others. Invite them to join — whether it’s helping a neighbor, sharing with siblings, or volunteering as a family.

Building Character, Not Entitlement

As we revisit how we raise our children, the goal is to equip them not with entitlement but with gratitude, humility, and strong character. Teach responsibility, accountability, and respect for themselves and others. Most importantly, teach them about the Lord Jesus Christ. When you ask His guidance, He will lead you.

Children need the basics: food, shelter, education, love, and attention. Anything beyond that is a privilege — something to be earned through extra chores or work. Parents are called to meet needs, not endless wants.

That’s why tough love matters: the courage to say “No,” the wisdom to set rules, and the consistency to enforce rewards and consequences. This equips children to navigate the real world they will one day step into.

✨ With God’s guidance and intentional parenting, we can raise children who are not driven by entitlement but by gratitude, humility, and faith.

A Word of Encouragement

The need for a First Wives Club of Elegance

Apostle Dr. Faith A. Walters’ vision for Mount Vernon, our online community, and great motivators around the world.

When the Crown Feels Heavy: Why We Need a First Wives Club

Life after loss is never the same. For many women—especially those who have served as “first ladies” in faith communities or stood beside leaders in business and public service—the loss of a spouse or the end of a marriage can feel like an earthquake. The public sees the crown, the confident smile, the poised presence at events. What they don’t always see are the silent nights, the moments of deep questioning, and the loneliness that lingers even in a crowded room.

A First Wives Club is more than just a social group. It’s a sanctuary, a sisterhood, and a source of strength. It’s where women who have faced profound personal transitions can gather to be understood, uplifted, and guided into a new season of life.

Why This Matters More Than Ever

The U.S. Surgeon General has called loneliness and isolation a public health crisis, with risks to physical health on par with smoking 15 cigarettes a day. The grief of losing a spouse—or the emotional fallout of a divorce—only intensifies those risks. Without intentional support, many women quietly struggle with depression, anxiety, and a diminished sense of purpose.

For first wives—whether in ministry, politics, or community leadership—there’s an added weight. These women often carry themselves with grace under pressure, managing public expectations while privately navigating their own pain. Without a safe, supportive network, the pressure can become overwhelming.

The Healing Power of Sisterhood

A First Wives Club changes the story. It provides:

  1. Safe Spaces for Honest Conversation – No titles, no pretenses—just real talk among women who understand the unique challenges of leadership, loss, and reinvention.

  2. Grief Recovery and Emotional Wellness Support – Guided discussions, workshops, and peer mentoring help members process grief in healthy ways while building resilience for the future.

  3. Celebrations of New Beginnings – Healing doesn’t mean forgetting—it means learning to live fully again. From distinguished dinners to milestone recognitions, members honor both their past and their new chapters.

  4. Faith, Strength, and Personal Growth – For many, faith is the anchor that carries them through storms. A First Wives Club nurtures that spiritual strength alongside personal empowerment.

A Model for Mount Vernon and Beyond

In cities like Mount Vernon, NY, where faith-based leadership is deeply woven into community life, a First Wives Club can become a beacon. By creating a hybrid model that meets both in-person and online, the impact can extend far beyond city limits, connecting women across the nation and even globally. This vision is not just about support; it’s about transformation. It’s about turning isolation into connection, grief into growth, and loss into leadership.

The Takeaway

When women heal, they don’t just rebuild their own lives—they strengthen families, congregations, and entire communities. A First Wives Club isn’t a luxury. It’s a lifeline. It’s a place where women are reminded that their story isn’t over—and the next chapters can be just as powerful as the ones before. Because sometimes, the crown we wear feels heavy. But in the right company, we learn we were never meant to carry it alone.

Digital Discipleship: How Dr. Faith Walters Is Redefining Evangelism in a Global Age

In an era where connection happens at the speed of light and the world scrolls faster than it prays, the call to faith-based digital intervention has never been more urgent — or more necessary. Traditional ministry, once rooted in the pulpit and pews, is now expanding beyond stained-glass sanctuaries and into the palm of every smartphone user, thanks to pioneering leaders like Apostle Dr. Faith Walters.

The Age of Global Digital Ministry

As society grapples with crises in identity, purpose, and community, the church is being asked to evolve. Ministries are now required to meet people where they are — online, in real-time, in moments of silent desperation. Digital evangelism isn’t just a modern convenience; it’s a global lifeline.

Faith-based digital intervention bridges the gap between spiritual hunger and accessible guidance. It amplifies messages of hope to the unchurched, the hurting, and the curious. Whether it’s through livestream prayer calls, online worship, or inspirational content on YouTube and Instagram, digital ministry has become a new frontier of Kingdom impact.

And at the center of this frontier stands Apostle Dr. Faith Walters, a prophetic voice whose digital ministry is transforming lives across continents.

The Trailblazing Work of Dr. Faith Walters

Dr. Faith Walters, founder of Women & Men of Excellence Outreach Ministries (WAMOE), has committed over 19 years to this mission: reaching souls, rebuilding lives, and restoring dignity — both spiritually and emotionally. While her ministry began with in-person outreach, it has since become a fully digital, globally accessible lifeline for those seeking truth, transformation, and divine purpose.

Through her robust online platform, WAMOE.org, and her Excellence Radio Network, Dr. Walters hosts livestream prayer services, inspirational sermons, and deeply personal teachings rooted in biblical wisdom and real-world relevance. Her content spans everything from emotional healing and identity rebuilding to faith-building, forgiveness, and practical success coaching — all aimed at empowering minds for Kingdom success.

Empowering the Mind, Transforming the Spirit

What sets Dr. Walters apart isn’t just her embrace of technology — it’s her ability to merge mental wellness and spiritual wholeness through her ministry. As a former special educator, therapist, and author, she understands that transformation begins in the mind. Her teachings are laced with compassion, psychological insight, and divine truth.

In a world plagued by trauma, rejection, and insecurity, Dr. Walters reminds her digital flock that they are not forgotten — they are “anointed for the new,” called to walk in favor and faith, even when life has failed them.

Her mantra is not about escapism but empowerment: she teaches people to take hold of their God-given authority, walk in their identity, and thrive in the divine blueprint for their lives.

Digital Evangelism in Action

From weekly YouTube broadcasts and interactive prayer lines to Facebook video teachings and live virtual events, Dr. Walters continues to push boundaries — not to be trendy, but to be timely. During the COVID-19 pandemic, her ministry reached thousands with messages of resilience and renewal. Today, she mentors, counsels, prays, teaches, and worships with a global audience through every screen.

Her anniversary events, streamed live, serve as digital revivals. Her books on topics such as self-esteem, intimacy, and rebirth offer accessible healing to readers around the world. And her devotion to excellence — in branding, message, and service — positions her as not only a pastor, but a visionary for digital-era faith leaders.

Why the Religious Community Must Support Leaders Like Dr. Walters

In every generation, God raises up voices tailored for the times. Dr. Faith Walters is one of those voices. She is not confined by tradition but anchored by truth, and her digital ministry is proof that the Gospel can flourish on any platform where people are willing to receive it.

Support for leaders like her is not just appreciation — it is a strategic investment in the future of the Church.

  • She is raising up empowered believers who know how to use their gifts digitally.

  • She’s a mentor to emerging leaders, teaching them how to balance integrity, innovation, and impact.

  • She’s living proof that the Great Commission can be livestreamed — and still change lives.

Final Word: The Digital Pulpit Has a Prophet

In a noisy world full of distractions, Apostle Dr. Faith Walters has carved out a sacred digital space for clarity, healing, and transformation. Her ministry is more than a message — it’s a movement. Her success is not defined by platform reach but by the souls restored, minds renewed, and destinies redirected through her obedience to the call.

In the words of Lamentations 3:22-23 — “Because of the Lord’s great love, we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning.”

Through every livestream, prayer call, podcast, and published book, Dr. Faith Walters is a divine vessel delivering those new mercies — not just every morning, but every megabyte.

A Testimony of Grace

In a small town nestled between rolling hills, there lived a woman named Sarah. For years, she struggled with feelings of inadequacy and doubt, believing that her life was nothing special. She worked as a librarian, surrounded by stories of heroism and triumph, yet she felt invisible, her own story unworthy of being told.

One day, during a community gathering at the local church, the pastor invited members to share their testimonies. Sarah sat quietly in the back, her heart racing at the thought of speaking in front of others. She watched as people shared their powerful stories of faith—stories of healing, redemption, and miraculous provision. Each testimony resonated with the congregation, filling the room with hope and encouragement. As the evening progressed, Sarah felt a stirring within her.

Memories of her own journey flooded her mind: the loss of her father, the struggle to find her footing in a world that often felt overwhelming, and the quiet moments when she felt God’s presence guiding her through the darkness. Finally, with a deep breath, she stood up. Her voice trembled at first, but as she spoke, she felt a warmth envelop her. She shared how, despite her trials, she had experienced God’s goodness in small, yet profound ways—a stranger’s kindness on a bad day, the beauty of a sunset that reminded her she was never alone, and the peace that came from prayer.

As Sarah concluded her testimony, she noticed tears in the eyes of some listeners. Afterward, several people approached her, expressing how her words had touched their hearts. One woman, in particular, shared that she had been battling despair, feeling isolated in her struggles.

Hearing Sarah’s story had given her hope that she, too, could find light in her darkness. In that moment, Sarah realized the power of sharing her story. It was not just about her; it was about connecting with others and reflecting God’s goodness through her experiences.

She learned that testimonies are not merely stories of triumph but also stories of grace, vulnerability, and the unwavering love of God. From that day forward, Sarah embraced her story as a gift to be shared. She became an active member of her community, encouraging others to share their journeys as well. Each testimony added to a tapestry of faith, weaving together the diverse experiences of God’s goodness in their lives.

Conclusion

Sarah’s journey taught her that sharing one’s story is a powerful act of faith. It not only brings healing to the storyteller but also inspires others to recognize the goodness of God in their own lives. In the end, every testimony is a reminder that we are never alone and that our stories, no matter how small they may seem, can make a significant impact in the lives of others.

60th Birthday Message to Mr. Eddie Clarke

Sister Georgie Corner

Today's Message from Sister Georgie inspired by the book, Poems About My Self Esteem... and our clip of the month.

Dear Great Motivators,

Your child’s confidence is not just about compliments—it’s about foundation.

Self-esteem is the seedbed where resilience and persistence grow. When children believe in their own worth, they don’t just bounce back from life’s challenges—they rise with purpose.

In Poems About My Self‑Esteem, Apostle Dr. Faith Walters gives voice to the unspoken struggles of our children and fills the silence with strength. Her words remind us that when a child sees themselves as valuable, they learn to keep going—even when it’s hard, even when no one’s cheering.

So speak life daily. Celebrate small wins. Correct with compassion.Because what you plant in their hearts today becomes the character they carry tomorrow.

Confidence fuels courage. Esteem nurtures endurance. And with your love and God’s truth, your child will thrive.

With care and commitment, your Self-Love Advocate
